Running Challenge Update!

I am officially one week into my three-week running challenge!

I have run every day except for one. I was just too tired and was not at all feeling it. I wanted this challenge to be about pushing myself but also about learning to tune into my body.
I was doing good, I was crazy sore, so I gave myself a pass.

And boy am I happy I did!

Why?

Because today, one week into this challenge I ran 5km!
