One on One Personal Training Session
One on One sessions mean just you and me getting our sweat on (more you then me, but you get the point). These sessions are an excellent way to get started and learn the fundamentals about starting a fitness routine while working on form because I can focus closely on technical details. For busy people, private sessions can be a break from projects, to-do lists, and paperwork.
One hour in the day to find your own balance.
I work out of two public gyms in the West Island of Montreal.
Not comfortable training in a public setting?
I also have a spacious home gym that has everything you need to get started.
Small Group Sessions
Small Group training is a great way to spend time with your friends and help motivate each other. Train with a friend, a sister or your mom! You enjoy a personalized workout, individual attention, and the unique combination of competition and motivation that only friends and family can inspire!
I understand that not everyone has the time or cash flow to attend sessions with a personal trainer on a regular basis.
I can create you a program based on your needs that will include everything you need to know to train on your own! Whether you are training at home with no equipment or at your local gym I will make you an easy to follow program including videos that demonstrate all exercises.
Weight Loss & Lifestyle Coaching
If you want to start down the path of living a healthier life and weight loss you need more than a nutrition or diet plan. We need to get down to what your habits are and where your issues with food come from.
Lifestyle and Weight Loss Coaching work because the focus moves from fitting into your skinny jeans to the bigger picture, your dream life. The goal is to change your thinking so you can approach food and exercise differently.
This service includes weekly sessions where we will discuss your goals and the habits and actions needed to reach them as well as support whenever you need through text or Zoom.
